1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Rank Your OG website and associated services ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Pure Appreciation & Strict Non-Gambling Invariant

Rank Your OG is exclusively an entertainment and community appreciation platform.

• No Real Money Gaming or Gambling: Giving a Heart is NOT a bet, wager, lottery, prediction market, speculative asset, or game of chance/skill.
• No Financial Returns or Prizes: Hearts hold zero cash surrender value, are non-transferable, non-refundable upon fulfillment, and do NOT yield any monetary return, prize, payout, dividend, or financial consideration.
• Not an Official Election or Statutory Ballot: Leaderboard rankings and Heart counts reflect voluntary community sentiment on this platform only. They do not constitute official votes, government polls, electoral ballots, or certified public surveys.

3. Platform Description & Heart Mechanism

Rank Your OG allows registered users to express appreciation for public figures (politicians, actors, athletes, creators, and public personalities) across curated categories:

• Paid Hearts (Mode A): When Paid Heart mode is active, giving a Heart involves a micro-transaction processed via our authorized payment partner (Cashfree). Upon confirmed settlement, exactly 1 Heart is atomically credited to the chosen personality's verified ledger count.
• Free Hearts (Mode B): When Free Heart mode is active, authenticated users may express appreciation directly without payment.
• Multi-Heart Expression: Users may give multiple Hearts over time to any active personality according to their voluntary appreciation.

4. User Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

To use interactive features of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent under applicable Indian law.
• You must provide a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number capable of receiving one-time SMS verification codes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session and devices.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, crawlers, or spoofed requests to artificially inflate Heart counts or abuse OTP systems.
• Attempting to bypass security headers, rate limits, session tokens, or payment verification endpoints.
• Using unauthorized, stolen, or fraudulent payment instruments.
• Engaging in reverse-engineering, vulnerability exploitation, or denial-of-service attempts.
• Submitting defamatory, abusive, harassing, or unlawful content through support channels.

6. Public Personality Profiles & Neutrality

Personalities listed on the Platform are public figures curated for informational and public sentiment discovery. Biographies and descriptions are maintained in a neutral, factual manner.

Listing of a personality or category does NOT imply endorsement by Rank Your OG of the personality's views, policies, or activities, nor does it imply the personality's direct endorsement or affiliation with Rank Your OG.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANK YOUR OG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
